Shipping policy

FREE Shipping on order over $75 ! The subtotal must be over $75 after any discounts or credit is applied in order to qualify for the free shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time.

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order. Our shipping department is closed on Sundays, so all orders placed on that day will be processed by the next working business day.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

• Delays with USPS shipping
• Product that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the package. You will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package. 
• If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact your local Post Office prior to contacting us. 
• Allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information will not update, but you will still receive your order. Contact us after delivery time has passed. 
• If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, contact Post Office dire3ctly to investigate this issue.
